On Day 3 of the American Film
Market (AFM), the Consul General of South Africa welcomed the South African
Indies group of filmmakers to his home for dinner. As the facilitator for the
group, this was a great opportunity for me to bring together Haitian filmmakers
and their South African counterparts. The evening was filled with laughs, great
food, drinks and importantly, networking!
